My name is Ven Sok. I was born and live in Prey Takoy village, Pong Tuek commune, Damnak Chang Eur district, Kep city. I am 41 years old. I am married. I have five (5) children , two sons and three daughters. I graduated with Kompongtrach high school in 1989. I am a famer. I never know and even see the computer or ICT. Sine the project of iREACH came to my area in 2007. I was introduced to know the project background especially computer. Finally, the infrastructure of iREACH was installed in my village called “Prey Takoy hub”. I was the one who willing to test and tested the new technology. At that time I was introduced to Skyping to other hub. Wow! I could communicate to my community members by “Skype call”. It was true not a game. I was surprise. I never see for all most of my whole life for 35 years a go. It is fantastic. “The more I spent with Skype call the less I spent with my mobile phone call” he added.
