One of the wonderful activities of CSD is making a beautiful flower at HQ. This was happened on the staff retreat of CSD to Kep and Kompot from 19-22 December 2008. Participants of the making beautiful flower are including CSD staff in PNH, CSD staff in Kep (iREACH) and district officers. That is a great team spirit activity. The above picture shows you the conversation between Damnak Chang Eur district governor Mr. Tep Yuthy and CSD Executive Director Ms. Seng Theary during the event. |

 Through my personal observation, since late yesterday and this morning, I have seen many communities (over 100 people) come to iREACH’s hubs to get hot news about the border dispute between Thailand and Cambodia. It seems that iREACH is the information stored.

Kep iREACH Inauguration Day14th June 2008 Damnak Chang Eur  Kep Municipality-Khan Damnak Chang Eur: Today is a historical day for Kep Pilot Project-Informatics for Rural Empowerment and Community Health (“iREACH”), which was inaugurated on June 14th, 2008 at Khan Damnak Chang Eur, Kep Municipality.
The Inauguration Ceremony was held at Damnak Chang Eur’s Office, presided over by Senior Minister HE Cham Prasidh, Minister of Commerce of the Kingdom of Cambodia, high ranking officers from municipal government offices, local authorizes, 20 staff of iREACH Kep, IDRC’s representative, and witnessed by 1,000 participants from most part of projected areas, students, villagers, of Kep Municipality. |

This is a group photo of iREACH MC members (Kep & KCM) during the exchange visit on 5-7 Jan.2009. KEp MC members express that it is very good chance to visit KCM while Kep and KCM have the same project, vision, mission and goal. During the visit they had homestay.
